Job Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and overdue payments.
Conduct credit checks and recommend credit limits.
Handle invoicing, payments, refunds, rebates, and credit/debit notes.
Resolve billing and payment issues with customers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and support audits.
Liaise with customers and external parties for credit and debt collection matters.
