Job Description
- Full Set Accounting: Maintain General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR), including daily payment records.
- Cost & Inventory Control: Track raw material costs, overhead expenses, and assist with periodic factory stock-taking and inventory valuation.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and assist with budget forecasting.
- Reconciliation: Conduct monthly bank and intercompany reconciliations, and process customer invoices or vendor payments.
- Audit & Compliance: Support year-end audit exercises and ensure alignment with financial regulations.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or recognized professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as SAP, ACCPAC, or ERP systems
