Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling full-set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, Bank Reconciliation
-Assist in preparing full set accounts during month end and year end closing.
-Support in monthly payroll including attendance checking
-HR Administration such as preparing employment contracts, work pass applications, renewals, cancellation for foreign employees
-Administration on employee insurance, government paid claims, staff claims, employee training and others
-Support other finance-related tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of working experience in related field
- Possess good knowledge of accounting software, HR software, MS Excel and word.
-Ability to work four weekdays and one weekend day
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hour: 8:30am - 6pm
Working Day: Five days per week (four weekdays and one weekend day)
