Job Title: Admin Account Executive
Department: Administration / Accounts
Reports To: Office Manager
Job Summary: The Admin Account Executive is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure smooth operations of the office and accurate management of financial records. This role combines clerical, organizational, and basic accounting functions, requiring attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in office software and accounting tools. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Duties:
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties
2. Accounts & Finance Support:
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting software.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts as required.
- Other ad-hoc accounting duties
3. Client & Vendor Liaison:
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding account-related inquiries.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and manage basic customer account documentation.
4. Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare periodic reports on administrative and financial activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
5. Other Duties:
- Assist in special projects and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum O-Level or above qualification in accounting
- 1 year of experience in administrative or accounts support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Quickbooks)
- Basic knowledge of GST or other tax regulations
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with standard working hours. 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6.00 pm)
- Occasional overtime may be required during month-end closing or special projects.
