Job Description

We are looking for a kickass Account Director to join our growing, dynamic team at Wild. This isn't a role for a bystander; you will anchor key accounts and be the driving force behind both strategic and tactical leadership. As an AD, you are the ultimate bridge between our clients deepest business challenges and our agency's most creative solutions.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

As an Account Director at Wild, your primary mission is to act as a bridge between a client's business objectives and our agency's creative output. You will spend your days identifying core business needs and architecting effective, creative solutions that generate measurable results and tangible impact. Beyond the strategy, you are the guardian of the work; you will manage account profitability, ensure every project is delivered on time, and relentlessly uphold the quality of our output.

From a client service perspective, your value lies in your ability to read and interpret between the lines. You are a master communicator, skilled at soliciting information and translating it consistently across various channels to ensure total alignment.

As a leader, you are expected to be a charismatic mentor who imparts deep domain knowledge to your team. You will supervise the day-to-day of community management and content development, providing the clear guidance and leadership qualities necessary to help your team members thrive.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Strategic Social Expertise: Strong domain knowledge and platform experience, especially in Social Media and Content Marketing.
  • People & Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor team members; you must have the experience to grow a team, provide constructive feedback, and proactively spot areas for improvement.
  • Client Mastery: A proven track record of managing high-level client accounts, building long-term relationships, and expertly setting and managing expectations.
  • Growth Mindset: The ability to grow new business for the agency—having an existing network of contacts is a significant plus.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written skills.
  • Cultural Alignment: You are entrepreneurial, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
