Make an Impact by:

  • To manage a team of account managers to create sales to grow sales revenue.
  • To foster and build good CXO level customer relationship and create strategic partnership.
  • To guide and lead account managers to understand and identify customer's IT&T needs through in-depth account planning and profiling to win bids and strike innovative deals.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of technology trend and differentiate the unique value delivered through Singtel's offerings within this domain.
  • To understand and appreciate global market trends, competitors movement and industry information so as to serve customers better.
  • To achieve high customer satisfaction with decision makers.
  • To play a key ambassador role for Singtel.
  • To meet financial KPI.
  • To develop strategic plans, execute and exceed sales.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Diploma or degree with more than 5 years of sales and management experience.
  • Proven sales record in selling solution.
  • ICT / telco knowledge preferred.
  • Self-driven, aggressive and energetic.
  • Resourceful and creative.
  • Possess strong leadership skills.
  • Able to self-motivate and lead the team.
  • Able to communicate effectively and collaborate well with inter-Bus.
  • Able to project strong, positive image of self and Company.
  • Able to manage stakeholders at all levels within and outside of the company. 
  • Able to do strategic planning and focusing on delivery & developing in solutions.
