This role is for a hands-on Account Director who sits at the intersection of consulting, delivery, and client relationships. You are responsible for managing day-to-day client partnerships, translating business challenges into digital and transformation-led solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and with impact.
You are commercially aware, digitally fluent, and confident working with mid-to-senior client stakeholders. You don't just respond to briefs you help shape them, identify opportunities, and bring the right thinking and teams together.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Delivery
- Act as the primary day-to-day client lead and trusted partner
- Manage ongoing client relationships across consulting and transformation engagements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Translate client business challenges into clear briefs and workstreams
- Coordinate internal teams across strategy, technology, experience, data, and delivery
- Maintain a strong understanding of client priorities, decision-makers, and success metrics
Consulting & Digital Transformation Focus
- Support and grow client engagements across digital transformation, CX, platform, data, and operating model projects
- Identify opportunities to expand scope through additional transformation initiatives
- Help clients navigate change, working across stakeholders and functions
- Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex or ambiguous projects
- Support proposal development, scoping, and commercial discussions
Account Growth & Commercial Management
- Spot and develop organic growth opportunities within existing clients
- Assist in pitching and selling additional consulting and transformation work
- Own account-level budgets, forecasts, and scope management
- Partner with finance to ensure accurate billing, tracking, and profitability
- Flag risks early and work proactively to resolve them
Team & Ways of Working
- Provide clear direction and support to account managers and executives
- Act as a steady, approachable point of escalation for delivery and client issues
- Promote consistent processes, documentation, and ways of working
- Collaborate closely with strategy, tech, experience, and data teams
- Contribute positively to team culture and development
Experience & Profile
- Experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager within an agency, consultancy, or digital transformation environment
- Exposure to consulting-led engagements such as digital transformation, CX, platform builds, data or operating model change
- Comfortable working with Singapore-based clients and regional APAC stakeholders
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Confident presenting to client stakeholders and leading working sessions
- Commercially aware, with experience managing scopes, budgets, and timelines
- Calm, structured, and solutions-focused under pressure
