Overview

The Account Director will be the strategic and operational lead for one of the agency's most critical global accounts. This role demands strong executive presence, advanced stakeholder management experience, and the ability to guide clients with confidence through a complex multi-year transformation. The AD sets the tone for excellence, mentors the team, and ensures creative and operational integrity at every stage.

Responsibilities

  • Autonomously lead and counsel senior and mid-level Korean Air stakeholders, ensuring trusted partnerships and strategic alignment.
  • Navigate complex client structures with confidence, clarity, and high EQ.
  • Present strategies, creative work, and business recommendations with gravitas and authority.
  • Lead negotiations, manage scopes, and confidently drive commercial conversations with clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring strong resourcing, prioritisation, and risk mitigation.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performance team culture across all levels.
  • Champion creative excellence, ensuring the highest degree of craft, quality, and brand integrity across all outputs.
  • Remain calm, solutions-oriented, and agile in the face of shifting demands and priorities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading large-scale clients, preferably global or regional in nature.
  • Strong advisory capabilities and the ability to command a room.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly strategic thinker with commercial acumen.
  • Track record of developing and elevating junior talent.
  • Composed, resourceful, and resilient under pressure.
