Job Responsibilities
- Manage the company's daily accounting operations
- Prepare monthly/annual financial statements
- Handle employee-related financial and administrative tasks, covering CPF contribution calculation & submission, expense claim verification & reimbursement
- Develop capabilities to take on accounting work for client companies in the future, such as preparing financial reports and handling tax-related matters
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields
- At least 2 years of combined experience in accounting and HR administration
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to prioritize and multitask
- Relevant certifications (e.g., LCCI, ACCA foundation, HR certifications) are a plus
- Fluent with both written and spoken English and Mandarin
