  • Manage full set of accounts.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation, financial reports, closing statements and manage AR/AP.
  • Handle Company's tax reporting (GST and Corporate tax submission etc.).
  • Monitor the inventory and Issue the POs accordinly.
  • Prepare staff salary, CPF submission, apply grants.
  • Payroll and claims expenses and other related matters like IR8A etc.
  • Liaise with insurance agents relating to renewal, cancellation and claims of staff insurances.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant 23 years working experience managing full-spectrum accounts and ability to work independently.
  • Good knowledge with accounting standards and Employment Act & HR practices and regulations.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiar with the accounting softwares (AutoCount and others).
  • 5-day work per week, immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
  • No quota for foreign staff who is required for working permit.
