Account cum Admin Executive/ Senior Account Executive

Join Bio-Design Pte Ltd, an established renovation company delivering high-profile commercial projects for leading brands in Singapore. We are looking for a dedicated accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts and support project finance operations.

What You'll Do:
. Handle full set of accounts and daily bookkeeping using XERO
. Prepare and analyse project costing, including budget vs. actual
. Manage supplier and subcontractor payments, staff claims, and GST submissions
. Liaise with vendors, auditors, and internal teams on finance matters
. Assist in audit preparation, compliance, and licence renewals
. Support ad hoc tasks and contribute to process improvements

What We're Looking For:
. 1-5 years of accounting experience audit background preferred
. Able to handle full set of accounts independently
. Experience in construction or renovation industry is a plus
. Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
. Proficient in XERO or similar software

. Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage (liaising with director & clients)
