Job Summary
Manage comprehensive accounting functions including invoice processing, expense monitoring, month-end reporting, account reconciliation, vendor liaison, and GST support to ensure accurate financial records and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a full set of accounts to ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Review and verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
- Process and upload invoices into the accounting system accurately and within deadlines
- Monitor expenses and process staff expense claims to maintain financial control
- Prepare month-end closing reports including general ledger entries, journal entries, schedules, and bank reconciliations to support financial closing
- Reconcile accounts payable with suppliers statements and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate payables
- Liaise with vendors and respond promptly to queries to maintain strong vendor relationships
- Generate monthly financial reports to provide insights on financial performance
- Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure timely financial reporting
- Support GST filing and perform other ad hoc finance-related duties as assigned to maintain compliance
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of full set of accounts and accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Good understanding of GST regulations and compliance

- Working Hours: 5 working days per week
- Company Transport: Pick-up points at Bedok, Pasir Ris, Tampines, and Sengkang
