.Familiarity with computers, smartphone applications and software
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Able to work in a goal-oriented environment
. Must be willing to work in retail settings (weekends), 5 days per week
.Customer orientation
.On-the-job training provided.
Job Responsibilities
. To provide customer service professionally
. To address the walk-in applicants queries and explain the loan process and procedures on the phone
. To assist clients with their loan applications
. To explain the loan contract terms and conditions in detail to clients
. To perform general administrative and clerical duties
. To maintain and update clients records
. To handle clients complaints and take Appropriate action to solve them.
