Job Summary
Support daily accounting operations and financial record-keeping in a friendly SME environment, ensuring accurate invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and audit preparation.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare invoices and process payments in a timely manner
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash book records
- Handle and verify staff claims and petty cash
- Maintain proper accounting records and ensure accurate data entry
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments on accounting matters
- Assist in yearly audit preparation
- Provide support for general administrative and HR duties
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Familiarity with accounting software, with Sage as an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good organizational and communication skills
Other Information
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
- Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
