Account Assistant
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Salary: $2500 - $ 3000
- Location: Tuas (Company transport provided to and fro from Boon Lay MRT station)
Job Description
- Handling partial set of accounts.
- Accurately checking, matching & entering invoices into ERP systems.
- Prepare & process vendors and supplier invoices for payment.
- Handling petty cash transactions, reimbursements and maintaining records.
- Assisting with GST reporting.
- Assisting with month-end closing.
- Reconciling cash, bank statements & accounts payable.
- Assisting with other administrative task such as answering phone calls, documents filing & printing & to perform ad-hoc assignments as required by senior accounts officer.
Requirements
- Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Must have similar experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words, ERP software(Oracle) & accounting software (Quickbook).
