Accounting & Finance Operations
Assist in managing full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards (SFRS) and statutory requirements
Assist in GST preparation and submission
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and banks
Support audit and tax schedules preparation
Management Support
Assist Finance Manager in financial analysis and management reporting
Provide financial insights to support business decisions
Implement and improve accounting procedures and internal controls
Team Supervision
Guide and supervise junior accounting staff
Review work prepared by accounts executives/assistants
Provide training and performance feedback when required
Administrative & Ad-hoc Duties
Liaise with internal departments on finance-related matters
Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years relevant accounting experience
Experience in full set of accounts is preferred
Familiar with GST, accounting standards, and audit processes
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in construction / engineering / trading industry (if applicable)
Supervisory or team-lead experience
Knowledge of SAP / MYOB / Xero
