Responsibilities:
-Prepare bookkeeping, GST filing and necessary documents for the accountant,etc.
-Project management: work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
-Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
-Process billings to customers and receipts from customers
-Check employee petty cash claims and salary
-Check on reimbursement claims
-Ensure proper recording and filing of documents are maintained
-Filling and submission of Government claims
-Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of the Department
Requirements:
- Atleast 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required forthis position
-Must have strong office and administrative skills and strong people skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work without supervision
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask
-Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Good team player and positive attitude
