Duties and Responsibilities
- Proceed payment to vendors, enter the vendor's bill, and record donations, and season parking income in the QuickBooks accounting software.
- Handle account receivables and account payables.
- Prepare rental invoices and follow up on the outstanding rental.
- Perform monthly petty cash and bank reconciliation, i.e. SCB and UOB.
- Prepare Education Fund Income and Expenditure Statement.
- Submit tax-deductible donations to IRAS.
- Manage and update petty cash claims.
- Perform petty cash and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of the management accounts and budget variance analysis reports for the Board's meeting.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for Board meetings.
- Assist with the external annual audit.
- Submit audited financial statements to Charity Portal, and MOH.
- Liaise with Management to facilitate the interpretation of investments and to invest in a wide range of investments with different degrees of risk and levels of returns.
- Assist in day-to-day general administration and operational matters.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
- Positive to participate and respond to company activities.
Requirements
- Excellent in communication and time management.
- Ability to interact well with different levels of personnel skills, Proficient in Chinese and English both oral and written (to liaise with the Chinese-speaking associates).
- Meticulous and details and able to handle confidential information.

- Prior experience in using QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel skills and Word skills would be a plus.
Educational Qualifications
- A minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience.
