Job Summary
You will manage company and client accounts, handle bookkeeping and invoicing, support administrative tasks for the company and directors, and communicate with clients to resolve payment and administrative matters.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate company and client accounts to ensure financial records are up to date and compliant
- Perform bookkeeping tasks to record financial transactions and support accounting processes
- Manage invoicing and payment processing to ensure timely billing and receipt of payments
- Organize and maintain billing and filing systems to support efficient document retrieval and record keeping
- Provide administrative support to the company and directors to facilitate smooth daily operations
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding payment status and administrative inquiries to resolve issues promptly
- Use cloud-based accounting software to enter and manage financial data accurately
- Adapt to flexible working hours to meet business needs and client demands
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in using MS Office applications to prepare documents and reports
- Skilled in navigating internet tools and platforms to support accounting and communication tasks
- Proficient with cloudbase accounting and payroll applications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices to support financial management
