Join our team as an Accounts Admin Support and play a key role in supporting both finance and administrative operations in a growing company.
Prepare and process invoices
Assist with data entry for accounts receivable
Follow up on payments and customer outstanding balances
Assist in month-end closing and financial documentation
Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel experience with accounting software is an advantage
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to handle documentation accurately and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
