.Responsibilities.
- Handle accounting tasks: invoices, expenses, bank reconciliations, records, compliance
- Support HR: maintain employee records (PDPA), manage leave, payroll, and medical using HR software, ensure compliance with employment laws
- Oversee admin duties: office supplies, scheduling, correspondence, filing, and overall team support
- any ad-hoc tasks assigned
.Candidate Requirements.
- Prior administrative experience with exposure to accounting and/or HR preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and in a team with high confidentiality
- ITE/ Diploma in, Accounting, or HR advantageous. Fresh grad are welcome.
