Job Description

  • Full set account, AP, AR, admin & HR tasks
  • GST filling & liaising with government/legal authorities
  • Billing process
  • Assist in overall office general operation duties.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Minimum with diploma in accountancy qualifications
  • At least 2-3 Year(s) in handling full set of accounts, with HR and admin related experience
  • Proficient with MS Office and accounting software Xero.
  • Possess a positive attitude, responsible and independent.
  • People oriented with competence interpersonal and good communication skills.
  • Capable to take on additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
  • Sensitivity to the handling of confidential information.
  • Preferably available within short notice.
