Job Description
Eminent Pest Control Pte. Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting / Bookkeeper / Admin Executive to support daily financial and administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate accounting records, compliance with Singapore regulations, and smooth office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full/partial set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and follow up on payments
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper accounting records
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Prepare and submit GST filing in compliance with IRAS requirements
- Handle annual tax filing and liaise with external tax agents/auditors
- Process payroll, staff claims, CPF contributions, and related submissions
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, quotations, and service records
- Update accounting system (e.g. QuickBooks) and internal databases
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams on job status and billing
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Familiar with GST submission, tax filing, and payroll processing in Singapore
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in service industry (e.g. pest control, facilities, F&B)
- Familiar with Singapore accounting standards and IRAS compliance
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in accounting and admin roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software,QuickBooks
- Good communication and time management skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
