Responsibilities :
- Handling full AR module in accounting system
- Generate invoice & manage timely collection from customer
- Prepare and maintain weekly invoice listing report
- Assist in Letter of credit (LC) issuance, Bank Guarantee (BG) issuance & updating Trust Receipt (TR) Schedules
- Classify expense code and post staff reimbursement claims in the accounting system
- Support in annual audit preparation and related documentation
- Prepare progress claims, update delivery order and maintain the project claims tracker
- At hoc assignments assigned by manager
Requirements :-
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting (LCCI) and above
- 2 - 4 years accounting experience
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
