Position : ACCOUNT (Accounting Corporate Firm)
Salary: From SGD 3,000 - SGD 3,800 (based on experience)
Annual Leave: Starting from 14 days
Singapore Office : Ubi
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Work Arrangement: Fully Work From Office
Job Responsibilities (Job Scope) :
- Handle full set of accounts for clients
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation
- Prepare GST submission and related tax schedules
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients when required
- Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and updated
- Assist in year-end closing and financial reporting matters
- Any other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by management
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Minimally a Diploma or Bachelor Degree of related field.
- Experience in accounting firm / audit firm is required
- Familiar with full set of accounts and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in accounting software such as Xero, SQL, etc.
