Company Description: HYCO Education is a fast-growing boutique tuition centre dedicated to helping students think better, not just memorise more. We keep our classes small (maximum 6 students) and invest heavily in how we teach, from lesson delivery and student engagement to communication with parents.

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven tutors to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Teach small-group tuition classes (maximum 6 students)

Prepare and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons

Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

Build positive relationships with students and parents

Participate in tutor training and professional development

Preferred Qualifications:

Undergraduate, recent graduate or postgraduate from a recognised university

Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a bonus, but not required

Strong background in Math, Science and/or English
