Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory & Compliance:
- Prepare and submit results and attendance reports accurately and on time.
- Maintain assessment records and postclass documentation follow up with trainers on missing items.
- Scan, file, and archive records to ensure documentation compliance.
Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate with Academic, Operations and Training teams to meet compliance standards.
- Collect daily class dismissal proofs for records.
- Send monthly compliance updates to channel partners.
Performance Tracking:
- Track trainers performance scores and share feedback with trainers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including weekly/monthly trainee competency results.
Support & AdHoc Tasks:
- Provide operational support to the team when needed.
- Handle other compliancerelated duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or related field.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with ability to manage documentation and compliance tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience in academic operations or training coordination preferred but not essential.
