Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Plan, schedule, and publish weekly posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Stories, Reels, etc.).
- Create post artwork, including ad-hoc photography and videography.
- Monitor platforms, respond to comments, and manage reposts.
- Develop and manage social media contests, including winner announcements and prize collection.
- Track and analyze performance of contests, campaigns, and advertising activities.
- Contribute to copywriting for social media, landlord requests, and MUJI Passport blog.
- Update Passport blog content and manage push notifications.
Partnerships & Collaboration
- Liaise with landlords on marketing activities, sales trends, promotions, and advertising opportunities.
- Manage media loan requests and provide promotional materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through media drops, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Events & Launch Support
- Assist with event planning, execution, and on-site coordination.
- Organize photoshoots for new launches with relevant departments.
- Support outdoor promotions and advertising campaigns.
Administrative & Ad-hoc Support
- Coordinate A&P artwork, advertising, and promotional requests.
- Provide administrative support to the A&P team.
- Assist in marketing initiatives for Caf&Meal MUJI.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or social media management.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative with design sense basic Adobe Creative Suite/Canva skills preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
