Bencoolen Academy Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered Private Education Institution (PEI), is seeking qualified, experienced and dedicated engineering lecturers for our proposed diploma programmes.

4. Electrical & Electronics Engineering Lecturer

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics or a closely related Engineering discipline.

• Master's Degree or PhD holders are highly encouraged to apply.

• Relevant teaching, training or engineering industry experience.

• Experience teaching diploma or higher education programmes is an advantage.

• ACTA / ACLP / DACE or other teaching qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory for all positions.

• Retired engineers, university lecturers, polytechnic lecturers and experienced industry professionals are welcome.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

Part-Time Lecturers

• Every Sunday

• 2-3 teaching hours per session

• Flexible arrangements based on course requirements

Full-Time Lecturers

• Full-time opportunities available

• Teaching, curriculum development and student assessment responsibilities

International Applicants

• Foreign lecturers are welcome to apply.

• Employment is subject to Singapore's applicable work pass requirements.

• Applicants currently residing in Singapore are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver diploma-level lectures and practical engineering knowledge.

• Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans and presentation slides.

• Develop and mark assignments and student assessments.

• Support syllabus development and academic quality assurance.

• Maintain student attendance and academic records.

• Assist with documentation required for PEI regulatory and academic compliance.

• Participate in academic reviews and curriculum improvements.
