Job Description

Responsibilities

Review and assess local and overseas medical and non-medical claims
Review and process Pre-Authorisation and Letter of Guarantee (LOG) requests
Liaise with policyholders, healthcare providers, intermediaries and internal teams to obtain information and resolve claim-related queries
Handle claims payment issues, including unsuccessful bank transfers and CPF payment failures, refunds and claim reprocessing
Prepare claim settlement letters, maintain claims documentation and update Statements of Account for hospital bills and claim settlements
Monitor outstanding receivables and overpayments, following up with relevant parties for timely recovery
Prepare claims reports, meeting minutes, statistical analysis and trend reports, and support internal/external reporting requirements
Support claims system enhancements and process improvements
Assist with any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Insurance
