- Contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent attraction or recruitment, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Creative and solution-oriented approach to sourcing and recruitment challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
