Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing assistance professionally.
- Support client calls and enquiries through designated systems/sites.
- Provide clear and satisfactory explanations to customers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Take appropriate remedial action where necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Escalate and alert supervisors of recurring service issues for corrective action.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects related to the contact centre.
Job Requirements
- Minimum O Levels and above.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry).
