1. Assist with logistics required to support the department in meetings and events

2. Assist with logistics required to support workers outreach off-site - Receive delivery, packing of goodie bags, set up and tear down of booth

1. Assist with general admin duties - Venue booking, meeting logistics requirements, sourcing of collaterals

2. Assist with data entry - Collation of straw polls or survey forms

3. Assist with marcoms activities - Social media captions, event photos, liaison with vendors

4. Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned
