Job Summary

Contribute to IT operations by managing virtualized environments, developing web and low-code applications, supporting helpdesk troubleshooting, and maintaining IT asset inventories to enhance organizational technology efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain virtualized IT environments to ensure system stability and performance
Develop and maintain web applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NET to support business needs
Design and implement database normalization and planning to optimize data integrity and accessibility
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and manage lifecycle processes to support operational readiness
Provide timely helpdesk support by troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues to minimize downtime
Develop automated workflows and applications using low-code platforms such as PowerAutomate and PowerApps to improve process efficiency
Write and maintain Vibe coding scripts to support internal systems and applications

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum Diploma in IT or related industry with internship experience
