Key Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end delivery of annual and mid‑year performance management cycles, including calibration, governance checks, and reporting.
- Produce performance analytics and dashboards (e.g. rating distributions, trends, risk indicators) to inform senior HR and leadership discussions.
- Partner HRBPs and business stakeholders to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable interventions.
- Maintain performance management standards, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and fairness across the Group.
- Support performance‑related processes on HR systems (e.g. Workday), including data validation, issue resolution, and user guidance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process simplification, automation, and enhancement of manager experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Any experience in HR analytics, performance management, or talent operations would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to work confidently with data, dashboards, and senior‑level reporting.
