Job Responsibilities:
- Review electrical engineering drawings, technical specifications, and consultant submissions to ensure compliance with clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate electrical systems including LV/HV distribution, emergency power, UPS, lighting, and building management systems.
- Identify design issues and coordinate with consultants to resolve technical discrepancies before construction.
- Conduct site inspections and attend technical meetings to monitor installation progress and quality of electrical works.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and M&E teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Support testing, commissioning, and validation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with design intent and operational requirements.
- Participate in project handover, joint inspections, defect management, and documentation reviews.
- Support technical evaluations, capital planning, and infrastructure-related projects.
- Perform other engineering duties and projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Good knowledge of Singapore building regulations, EMA requirements, and healthcare electrical systems.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a project environment.
