6 Months Contract - Customer Service Officer (Logistics)

• Working location : Lorong Chuan
• Working days : Monday to Friday
• Working hours : 8.45am to 5.45pm
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on PO receipt, validation
• SAP SO and PO processing
• Order logs updating and management
• Sending of daily status reports to customers
• Creating Expedite tickets in supplier's portal
• Working on rescheduling reports from customers
• Respond to customers/supplier for basic requests
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Good in Excel
