Job Responsibilities

• Review customer billings and update records in accounting software
• Review supplier invoices and payment runs
• Track project or grant income and expenditures
• Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation
• Assist in reconciling sub-ledgers to the general ledger
• Participate in system enhancements, UAT testing, or new system implementations.
• Support finance team in administrative duties.
• Handle urgent tasks assigned during peak workload.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or any related discipline
• At least 3 years of work experience
• Have Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
