Responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment for Group Channels & Digitalization role, partnering Hiring Managers and HRBPs to meet business needs.
Manages sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for Branch Digital Executive
Advises stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection.
Ensures compliance with recruitment governance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
Delivers a professional candidate experience while supporting reporting and hiring KPIs.
Assist in any other work and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Degree with 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in banking or sales hiring
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
