Catering Sales Executive
Working Hours: 9am - 6:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Basic: $3000 - $4000
Location: Clementi
Job Scope:
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on new leads.
- Provide product recommendations and catering solutions based on customer needs.
- Manage customer feedback to ensure high service satisfaction.
- Maintain sales documentation and perform daily administrative tasks.
- Support marketing and event activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in F&B or catering preferred.
- Self-disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong sense of urgency.
- Creative, dynamic, and sales-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Outgoing, highly motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
