Responsibilities
- Process counter sales transactions accurately for TOTO, 4D, Sweep, Sports, and Tote bets to ensure smooth customer experience
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer queries to provide excellent service and support
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises to create a welcoming environment
- Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment issues to minimize service disruptions
- Collaborate with the supervisor to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
Required competencies and certifications
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays to meet business needs
- Physical fitness to perform job duties safely and effectively
- Basic English comprehension to understand instructions and communicate with customers
