Create, maintain, and update 4D BIM models by integrating 3D design data with project scheduling information.
Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, planners, and stakeholders to understand project needs and incorporate inputs into 4D models.
Prepare and deliver 4D simulations based on baseline schedules to visualize construction processes, project sequencing, and progress tracking.
Utilize 4D BIM to enhance construction sequencing, improve resource allocation, identify potential risks, and streamline workflows.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of models with project requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in 4D BIM modelling or a related role.
Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project management.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Synchro Pro or Fuzor.
Proficient in Synchro or Fuzor for 4D simulation and visualization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
