Job Summary

Join our team as a bus captain to safely transport passengers on scheduled routes, maintain vehicle condition, and deliver excellent service with opportunities for career growth and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 40+ seater bus to pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations following planned routes and schedules
• Maintain on-time trip schedules during core duty hours from 6am-9am and 4pm-8pm, adapting to individual timetables
• Apply traffic laws and company safety procedures to protect passengers onboard and during boarding and alighting
• Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks including tyres, lights, and oil to ensure bus safety and reliability
• Keep the bus clean and presentable to maintain a professional appearance for the public
• Report incidents and traffic disruptions promptly to headquarters for timely resolution
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required based on trip allocation and income preferences
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support operational goals and customer satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 4 driving license
• Hold a valid Bus Driver's Vocational License
