Job Description

. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for online systems and applications

. Identify, document and track system bugs, errors and usability issues

. Conduct follow-up testing to verify fixes and enhancements

. Liaise with users and IT teams on testing, issue resolution and follow-up

. Maintain testing records and update relevant user guides and documentation

. Undertake other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as required
