3mths Contract HR Assistant - 13 / hr (No exp needed) HKH

• Recruitment
• Arrange interviews (physical & virtual) based on interviewers availability
• Coordinate/ facilitate the interview process on the day of interview, including photocopying and verifying of documents if applicable
• Conduct reference checks
• Send reject email to unsuccessful candidates
• HR Administration
• Assist with the preparation and issuance of employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Employee Engagement & Events
• Support in the planning and execution of staff engagement activities and HR events
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and communications
• Support employee recognition and appreciation initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• No experience needed, training provided

$13 / hour
Office hours Mon to Fri
