Responsibilities
- Produce precise 2D and BIM drawings for electrical systems, including single line diagrams, layouts, and system schematics to support project design and execution
- Create and resolve issues in Combined Services Drawings (CSD) to ensure integrated service coordination
- Prepare and present detailed 3D BIM models during coordination meetings to facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making
- Format drawing submissions with accurate title blocks, notes, legends, and scale to meet project standards and requirements
- Conduct site walks as requested by Engineers and Managers to verify design implementation and gather site data for drawing updates
- Monitor and manage drawing submission schedules to ensure timely delivery aligned with project milestones
- Coordinate BIM model exchanges and collaboration with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders to maintain model integrity and project progress
Required competencies and certifications
- Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk advanced module
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or M&E qualification
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software for drafting and BIM modelling
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, preferably within the construction industry
- Operational-level proficiency in BIM modelling to support project coordination and execution
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organizational environment
