- Responsible for all preparation drawings, coordination of drawings, technical drawings/detailing, and documentations
- Making presentations with BIM related software as required by the project team
- Carry out modelling and shop drawings as instructed and finish in a timely manner
- Support project team with design engineering works
- Ensure all drawings are incompliant with project specifications & requirements.
- Clarify and raise RFI for any discrepancies. Coordinate/communicate with internal and external teams members & consultants.
- Use of BIM/CAD to do Shop drawings / Construction drawings / As Build drawings documentations.
- Check subcontractor system drawings CAD/Models and submissions prior to coordination.
- Liaise with internal project members, subcontractors, clients and consultants to issue Coordinated drawings for approval/construction
- Ensure that clashes highlighted are resolved or concluded, if not continuous monitoring for resolutions to be provided by the project team.
- Perform and maintain proper documentation of clash detection reports.
- Manage the process of coordination, Exchange of data, and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders
