3D & Modeling Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled 3D & Modeling Designer with experience as an AutoCAD/Modeler, possessing strong proficiency in Revit modeling and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MEP drafting and modeling, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to produce high-quality technical drawings and models for construction and design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit based on design specifications.
. Collaborate with project teams to integrate models on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
. Coordinate BIM models and manage project documentation using Revit and ACC.
. Revise and update drawings as required throughout the project lifecycle.
. Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and submission drawings.
. Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
. Assist with clash detection and coordination processes in a BIM environment.
. Support cross-discipline coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP trades.
. Maintain drawing libraries and ensure proper file naming and layer standards.

Required Technical Skills:

. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and Revit modeling - essential.
. Strong hands-on experience with Revit - MEP discipline, especially in piping.
. Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) - model collaboration, document management, version control.
. Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360, and clash detection tools is a plus.
. Understanding of construction drawings, technical detailing, and project workflows.
. Ability to interpret engineering and architectural plans and convert them into working models.
. Strong attention to detail, file organization, and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications:

. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
. Minimum 3-5 years of drafting experience in construction or consultancy firms.
. Prior experience in BIM-based projects and the ACC platform is highly preferred.
. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
