Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in 3D modeling, asset preparation, and material/texturing workflows.
Strong skills in Maya modeling, scene organization, and production asset cleanup.
Experience working with CAD data, industrial design files, and product visualization assets.
Strong understanding of UV mapping, geometry optimization, topology cleanup, and material assignment.
Familiarity with V-Ray and Substance material workflows.
Ability to balance product realism, technical structure, and production efficiency.
Ability to create repeatable AI visual systems rather than one-off artistic setups.
Experience with product variants and structured asset preparation for scalable content pipelines is strongly preferred.
Understanding how high-quality, well-structured digital twin assets enable AI-assisted content generation and reduce downstream production errors is a strong plus.
