Job Summary
We seek a creative 3D Designer passionate about event and creative concept design to produce innovative visualizations and support execution for multiple high-profile events and decor projects.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply the agency's vision and design aesthetics to ensure consistent design sensibility across events and exhibitions
- Conduct research and develop innovative creative concepts that align with client brand guidelines and standards
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and animations of event and exhibition sets and environments
- Create accurate site plans and floor plans for event setups
- Prepare detailed drawings and materials for the production team to fabricate designs effectively
- Revise and update design proposals promptly to meet project timelines
- Liaise with production vendors and oversee on-site setup to ensure designs are executed accurately and fully realized
- Manage project timelines and deliverables independently while collaborating with the team
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Design - Exhibition, Interior, Architecture, or related fields with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Event/Exhibition Design and Festive Decor for fashion, luxury, retail, or premium lifestyle industries
- Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Sketchup ability to sketch is an advantage
- Strong skills in producing detailed 3D visualization renders and modeling
- Creative ability to generate fresh, innovative concepts for spatial design, stage/event sets, and decor
- Excellent attention to detail and good project and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of current design trends and modern aesthetics
- Willingness to work late nights to meet deadlines when necessary
